Please avoid strongly impact on the machine.
4. Please do not touch the laser beam with your hands or any other objects you do not wish to engrave/burn/cut. Serious physical harm is possible if used improperly.
5. Please do not touch the heat sink, when the laser engraver just stop working, it may scald your hands.
Use the laser engraver in a room that can be closed by a door and ensure that neither laser beams nor stray light can penetrate through the windows.
6. Please keep the lens clean to maintain its best performance, please use a soft cloth to gently wipe it.

GUARANTEE and RETURN and REFUED
Upon/After transaction, it is deemed that you have accepted and agreed to the following terms.
1. We provide 12-month Manufacturer's limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).
2. Defective items Must Be reported and returned within the warranty period and n the original package.
3. All products are checked and packaged well before our shipment. In case it is defective, please inform us within 3 days after receiving it. If this item is in your possession more than 3 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
4. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and you order number.
5. We will arrange the replacement for you when the situation is confirmed, and the shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.

China Warehouse: Shipping Type Country or Region: 1-7 days to arrive, 8-30 days to arrive.
PL warehouse: Usually 3-5 days to Poland, 3-7 days to other European countries.
US warehouse: generally 3-7 days to the US address.
RU warehouse: generally 7-15 days to the Russian address.
When the overseas warehouse has goods, we will ship from the overseas warehouse by default, and when there is no stock, we will ship from the Chinese warehouse by default.
